General Plumbing work is charged at £25 per hour (minimum 1 hour charge) for labor + any parts used.
Daily labor rate (08:00 to 16:00 - 1 hour for lunch) = £175
Discounted daily labor rate available ((if booked at least two weeks in advance) 08:00 to 16:00 - 1 hour for lunch) = £150 + any parts used.
Powerflushing starts at £300 (up to 5 radiators + £25 for each additional radiator) including full chemical treatment. Typically a heating system (of 7 - 10 radiators) may be powerflushed in approx 4.5 - 5 hours depending on the severity of the blockage.
If the job takes longer than this, the following charges will apply: £25 per hour. Extra charges normally only apply in extreme cases.
A water softener can be installed from £650 (for a 1 - 4 person household).
A scale inhibitor device can be installed from £100.
